A Reiki Treatment

Treatments are carried out sitting in a chair or lying down on a treatment couch, in a relaxed and peaceful environment. By placing my hands on or near to your head and body in a series of positions the reiki energy is transferred. Many experience a feeling of deep relaxation. There is no need to remove any clothing, the energy can easily pass through.

Reiki sessions usually last 1 hour.
